1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Navilo Health, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Navilo Health is a nutrition and wellness tracking app that helps you log meals, water, workouts, and mood, and provides AI-powered insights, meal suggestions, and coaching. Some features require a premium subscription.
3. Not Medical Advice
Navilo Health is a lifestyle and tracking tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie estimates, AI food analysis, and coaching responses are approximations and may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen, especially if you have a medical condition. You are solely responsible for your health decisions.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using automated tools to abuse app features such as AI scans.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation are handled through the platform where you purchased the subscription (App Store, Google Play, or web). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
7. Credits
Credits earned or granted in Navilo Health have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for money or anything of value outside the app — they may only be used for features within the app. You can save up to a maximum of 350 credits in total; credits above this limit are not granted. Saved credits do not expire while your subscription remains active. However, if you cancel your premium subscription, all saved credits are forfeited and permanently removed.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, features, and content (excluding the data you create) are owned by Navilo Health and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and photos you upload.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navilo Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on tracking data or AI-generated suggestions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
