What's in the app
Food, training and sleep in one place. Everything below is built and working today.
Snap a photo, get full nutrition
Point the camera at your plate. You get the food names, an estimated portion, and calories with protein, carbs and fat. Mixed plates are fine. It will get some portions wrong, which is why every number stays editable before you save.
Scan barcodes on packaged food
For anything with a label, skip the photo. Scan the barcode and the numbers come straight off the packaging, portion size included, so there is no estimating involved.
Say your meal, it gets logged
Say "two eggs and toast with butter" and it gets broken into items and logged. Useful for the meals you finished twenty minutes ago and never photographed.
Scan a receipt, split it per person
Photograph a grocery receipt, say how many people are eating from it, and the food items get read off and divided evenly. Built for households where one person cooks for four.
Your coach: Stella or Fredrik
Two coaches, different tempers. Both read your logs, so "why has the scale not moved in ten days" gets answered from your own week rather than a health article. Ask what to cook with 600 calories left and you get something you can actually make.
A full week of meals, planned for you
One tap fills a week with breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that land on your calorie and macro targets and respect the dietary preferences you set at signup.
Turn your fridge into recipes
Open the fridge, take a photo, and get recipes made from what is on the shelves tonight. It is the feature we use most on Sundays, when nobody wants another shop.
Track water, one tap per glass
A tap per glass, and the ring fills. Your goal comes from your weight and activity level, and you can override it in your profile if you think it is wrong.
See how sleep drives your hunger
Log the hours you slept and they line up against what you ate the following day. Give it three or four weeks and the pattern usually shows itself: short nights, bigger evenings.
Steps, workouts & personal records
Steps run in the background. Strength, cardio and mobility sessions go in with sets, reps and weights, and each exercise keeps its own personal record. There is an RPE field if you train by effort instead of numbers.
Track runs, walks and bike rides live
Hit start and the route draws on a live map with time, distance, pace, speed and kilometre splits. Runs, walks and rides all work, each session saves with a full summary, and the GPS side costs no credits. One honest limit: with the screen locked for long stretches, phones suspend location and the path can gap.
Speak your workout, it logs itself
Say "20 sit-ups, 3 rounds, then bench 90 kilos for 3 sets" on the walk home and the session is split into exercises and saved. Nobody wants to type after training legs.
Fasting timer with live countdown
Choose a window, 16:8 or 18:6 or whatever you are doing, and watch the countdown to your next meal. Finished fasts are kept, so a month later you can see how many you really completed.
Streaks, badges & daily mystery boxes
Logging extends your streak, and a weekly freeze covers the day life gets in the way, because losing a 40-day streak to one Tuesday is how people quit. Badges, levels and a daily box hand out credits as you go.
Progress charts that tell the truth
Weight trend, weekly summaries and mood history in one place, so you can tell whether the past three weeks moved anything or just felt like they did. The summaries are written out in sentences.
Already using another app?
We put Navilo next to 16 other apps, from calorie scanners to the big trackers, fasting timers and GPS apps, in one table.
You earn credits just by showing up
Credits run the AI features. The app gives them away daily, and plenty of people never buy a single one.
The daily mystery box
One box a day, free. Most days it holds a credit or two. Occasionally it holds rather more than that.
Badges
First scan. A full week logged. Water goal hit. Each one comes with credits attached, and there are a few nobody has found yet.
Streaks
Log food and water on the same day and the streak grows. Longer streaks pay more. Miss a day and the weekly freeze quietly covers for you, which is the point of it.
Use the app in your language
Pick your language in the app under Profile. You can switch any time, and more languages are on the way.

About Navilo Health
Why we built it, and the questions people send us most.
Most food diaries get abandoned around week two. Weighing chicken breast, hunting through a database for the right kind of rye bread, typing "1 tbsp olive oil" for the fourth time that week. The tracking becomes the chore, not the eating.
So we took the typing out. You photograph the plate, and the counting happens for you. Ten seconds instead of three minutes is the whole idea.
The rest of the app exists for week six, when the novelty has worn off and nobody is excited about logging anything. Streaks that survive a missed day. A box to open. A coach that has read your week and answers accordingly. No lectures anywhere in it.
One thing we didn't expect: the app gets better the longer you use it. A month in, it has seen enough of your meals to know roughly how you eat, so the plans and the coaching stop being generic. The people who have been logging since spring get noticeably sharper answers than someone on day three.
A note from the team
We built Navilo Health because we were those people: the ones who downloaded a calorie app every January, gave up by February, and blamed ourselves instead of the app. Tracking food shouldn't feel like doing your taxes after every meal.
At some point we timed how long it took to log a normal home-cooked dinner in a traditional tracker. Well over three minutes, most of it spent hunting through a database for things we had already weighed. That's when we decided logging should take one photo and about ten seconds, and that missing a day should never erase weeks of progress.
Navilo Health is the app we wish had existed on all those Januaries. We hope it becomes the last health app you ever download.
