Navilo Health ("we", "our", or "the app") is a nutrition and wellness tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Navilo Health, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, including: • Account information: your name and email address. • Profile information: age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and health and fitness goals. • Health and nutrition data: meals you log, calorie and macronutrient intake, water intake, weight entries, workouts, mood and energy check-ins, and progress photos you choose to upload. • Photos: images of meals or your fridge that you upload for AI-powered food analysis. We do not collect data from your device's health sensors, and we do not access your contacts, location, or microphone except when you explicitly use a feature that requires it (such as voice meal logging).
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: • Calculating and tracking your nutrition, hydration, and fitness progress. • Generating personalized insights, meal suggestions, and AI coaching responses. • Sending you reminders and progress notifications, if you have enabled them. • Maintaining gamification features such as streaks, badges, and levels. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your health data for advertising.
4. AI Processing
Some features (such as photo-based meal analysis and the AI coach) send your input — such as meal photos or chat messages — to AI service providers for processing. This data is used only to generate the response for your request and is handled under strict confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in the cloud using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is protected by your account credentials. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated health and nutrition data from our systems.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app (editing your profile, deleting logs, or deleting your account). For other requests, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's Privacy
Navilo Health is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Navilo Health after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
