Tell us what looks wrong

We'd genuinely rather hear about a mistake than leave it up. Email contact@navilohealth.com or use our contact form and include the link to the page, the sentence or number you're unsure about, and why. A link to a source helps a lot. Please leave out any private health details.

What we do next

We read every report. We check the article and its sources, plus any calculator or other page that might have the same problem. If something could put someone's health at risk, we take it down or add a warning straight away while we look into it. If you were right, we fix the article, change its "last updated" date and add a short note to the log below. We'll also reply to let you know.

Big fixes and small fixes

A big fix is anything that could change what a reader does: a wrong number or formula, a study described inaccurately, missing safety information or a conclusion that doesn't hold up. Those always go in the log. Typos, broken formatting and small wording tweaks we just fix quietly.

Correction log

No significant corrections so far. When we make one, it shows up here with the date, the article and what changed.
